I've never used Jellyfish but according to their website:
"Jellyfish automatically ingests and analyses signals from Continuous Integration, Incident Management, Issue Tracking, and other DevOps tools to track Lead Time to Production, Deployment Frequency, Mean Time to Resolution, and Incident Rate."
Note that as every out of the box software you need to consider how you will integrate it with your current systems and pipelines.
That's a common pitfall often forgotten. You buy an amazing piece of software but you can customise it to your needs so you don't take full advantage of what it can bring and at the end of the day not justifying the (usually) heavy investment.
